Solar Water Heaters
Investing in a solar water heater is a smart solar solution for any homeowner. This proven and reliable technology offers long-term performance with low maintenance. It will save you money year after year. Our solar water heaters have evacuated tube collectors which are the most efficient collectors available. These collectors can even work well in overcast conditions. A glass or metal tube containing the water is surrounded by a larger glass tube. The space between them is a vacuum, so very little heat is lost from the fluid. Thermosyphon Solar Water Heater works following the principle: warm water rises when a phenomenon known as natural convection happens, to circulate water through the collectors and to the tank. In this type of installation, the tank must be located above the collector. As water in the collector is heated, it becomes lighter and naturally rises into the tank above. Meanwhile, cooler water in the tank flows downwards into the collector, thus causes circulation throughout the system. These systems are reliable and inexpensive. In a thermosiphon Solar Water Heater, household water moves through the system without pumps. This kind of system has the advantage that electricity outage and electric pump breakdown is almost impossible. Generally speaking, these systems are more reliable, easier to maintain, and longer lasting than electric or gas systems. Solar street lights are the ideal product for any road, be it a busy highway or a small neighborhood street.
